Delete Your Lullanest Account

1. Delete Your Account in the App

• Open the Lullanest app and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Tap "Delete account".
• Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@lullanest.app or support@lullanest.app from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will process the request within 30 days.

3. Delete Some of Your Data Without Closing Your Account

You can delete individual sleep logs and events at any time inside the app. To request deletion of specific data (for example, all tracking history) while keeping your account, email privacy@lullanest.app or support@lullanest.app from your registered email address and tell us what to delete. We will process the request within 30 days.

4. What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in details (email address, parent names).
• Your baby profile (name, date of birth, sleep goals).
• All sleep tracking data: night logs, events, program progress, and insights.
• Partner-sharing links associated with the account.
• Push notification tokens.

5. What Is Kept, and for How Long

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example, for tax, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes) are retained only as long as the law requires.
